I forgot how much I love the movie Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron :)

I completely adore the style of the horses in the movie. <3 I drew this 100% by scratch in photoshop cs6, using several google images from the movie.

The background was brutal to make, mainly because I really struggle making backgrounds- but I think I did an okay job. :3 I used a special brush tool in cs6 to make it look more like the traditionally painted background scenes from the actual movie.

I watched Dr.Who while drawing this. XD So far the 10th doctor is my favorite. c:

Anyway, Spirit does not belong to me, he belongs to Dreamworks animation, from the movie Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron
